Create account

Step 4 — Share your sauna & start receiving bookings

Add the booking link to your website (or print a QR code for on-site booking), go live, and start taking paid bookings automatically.

Step 3 — Install your lock & access setup

Mount the lock on the sauna (or access point) and connect it in Rentalbuddy so guests get time-based PIN access for each booking.

Step 2 — Create your Rentalbuddy account

Follow Rentalbuddy’s onboarding guide to set up your product, pricing, payments, and lock/access — then start taking bookings.

Create account

Step 4 — Session Ends

When the session ends, the customer checks out and locks up. The system can even guide them through a return checklist, such as photo verification, to ensure a clean handoff for the next guest.

Step 3 — At start time, Seamless Unlock

At the scheduled time, the customer receives everything they need to unlock the sauna—no keys or manual handovers required. They simply enter the code and start their session.

Step 2 — Payment & Access Code

After payment, a unique access code is automatically sent to the customer.
