The journey to scale with self-service rentals
Our journey together started with discussing how to bring paddle adventure to new locations. With Rentalbuddys self-service solution, Lena and Lennart expanded their business with two new locations.
The campsites are fantastic examples of good collaboration, so-called win-win. The campsite owners want to offer activities to their guests, but they have limited time to manage them. They are usually located close to water, which makes paddling possible.
What have been the key values of self-service as a complement to Paddelkompaniet's business?

Being able to service customers remotely
Longer opening hours have been proven to be appreciated by the paddlers and being able to service customers remotely has been a huge time saver for us! For example, a customer who wants to go out early in the morning can now serve themselves. This has reduced the need to travel to meet up with customers earlier in the morning or late in the evening. The customers manage it by themselves, and the system helps us keep track of it all.
